Payment & Insurance

We offer insurance billing as a service to support our clients in accessing care

We are currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

  • Anthem

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Magellan

  • CenCal

 

For clients with out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. If you choose to use out-of-network benefits, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of your sessions upfront and will receive reimbursement directly from your insurance plan, based on their policies.

 

We do our best to help clients understand and navigate their insurance coverage. However, insurance billing can be complex, and coverage can vary widely. There may be times when clients are responsible for balances they did not anticipate, especially if services are not covered, deductibles haven’t been met, or plans change unexpectedly.

 

We highly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your coverage, ask about co-payments, deductibles, and whether pre-authorization is required. Ultimately, if an insurance provider does not reimburse for services, the client is responsible for any outstanding balance.
