Self reflection and knowledge is how we grow, and if we can know why we do what we do, then we can choose the direction we want to go. I approach therapy championing compassion for ourselves, who we have been and who we want to be. I work with teens and adults, helping them navigate the tumultuous time that is adulthood. Each stage of life has its own changes and challenges that come with it, and the shifting relationship dynamics that are a result of these stages can be difficult.

I am a queer associate therapist, with experience working with teens, young adults, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, anger, divorce, and identity. I tend to favor an Internal Family Systems and Solution Focused approach, but have experience in a variety of modalities.

When not at work, I love being at the ocean with my pups, playing TTRPGs, board games, or video games with friends, reading comics, or out in nature. I love history and understanding the context of where we have been, how we got here, and where we want to go, which you could argue was part of the drive to becoming a therapist from history teacher. I have lived on the Central Coast since 2004, and worked in the North County since 2014. I provide therapy in Paso, SLO, and via Telehealth.
